An Umbrella Insurance policy is extra liability insurance coverage that goes beyond the insured's  home, auto and watercraft insurance policies. It is often referred to as excess liability insurance. Umbrella Insurance provides an additional security to those who are at risk for being sued for damages to other people's property or injuries in the event of an accident. It is meant to help protect you from large and potentially devastating liability claims or judgments. 

In order to qualify for Umbrella Insurance, you must hold the following liability limits on your personal auto and home policy: 
Auto: 
$250,000 Personal Liability Per Person
$500,000 Personal Liability Per Accident
Home:
$300,000 Personal Liability Limit
